Psychologist Liza Kokkoris, has been providing clinical psychology services on the Gold Coast since 2006 and has extensive experience working with children, adults and families.

Liza has extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of common psychological and behavioural problems in children. Liza also provides treatment for anxiety disorders such as separation anxiety, generalized anxiety, and specific phobias and has research published in the area of childhood anxiety. Liza employs a multi-systemic approach involving parents/caregivers and teachers and other health professionals in order to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Liza works with adults in the areas of mood disorders, anxiety, stress and adjustment to major life changes.

She also has an interest in the assessment and management of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in children and adults.

Liza works closely with clients to make effective change using evidence-based interventions best suited to presenting concerns. "My aim to to help kids and adults grow through life's challenges."
